At Chido Couture, each piece is made with care and precision.

Ready to wear dresses available online: Please allow 5-15 working days.

Custom-made dresses: Please allow 2 to 3 months for production before shipping.

Emergency dresses: An extra fee will be charged if we are able to assist. Contact us via email.


Domestic Shipping (South Africa):

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after production


Courier service with tracking provided.

Because our designs are custom-made to your measurements and preferences, all sales are final. However, we want you to be 100% happy with your order, please contact us if you are not happy.

Alterations & Adjustments:

If your garment doesn’t fit as expected, we offer one free adjustment within 3 days of delivery (Cape Town clients only).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

We take great pride in delivering high-quality garments every time. However, if something slips through the cracks and you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order — we’ll make it right, no questions asked.
