Do you make dresses for any occasion?

Yes! We create custom pieces for weddings, graduations, birthdays, corporate events, matric dance dresses, and more.

How long does it take to receive my order?

For the dresses available on our online shop, it takes 5-15 days for production. Delivery takes an additional 2–5 days after production, depending on your location.

For custom dresses production takes 2 to 3 months depending on the complexity of your design. Delivery takes an additional 2–5 days after production, depending on your location.

Do you take measurements in person for custom dresses?

Yes, if you're based in Cape Town, we offer in-person fittings. For out-of-town clients, we provide a guide on how to take your own measurements, we do not advise this as we can't take responsibility if you have provided the incorrect measurements.

What if my custom-designed dress doesn’t fit perfectly?

We offer one free alteration for Cape Town clients within 3 days of delivery. Additional charges may apply for major adjustments.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the custom nature of our work, we don’t offer refunds. However, we’ll work with you to make sure you love your final piece.

Do you ship outside of South Africa?

Yes, we ship internationally! Contact us for a shipping quote based on your location.

How do I place an order?
